International Short Film Festival "VISION" has been held in Kemerovo since 2007.

The slogan of the festival "Show Your Vision of the World!" - is a kind of appeal for every young director to translate own view into visual form and share it with the world.

Each film is unique and appeals to a specific category of the audience. That is why the program of the Festival is always special.

Pre-Vision

Mini-festival on the eve of the main competitive show. The audience choose the best film. The program is formed by the Program Directorate of the festival.
